The lifestyle change I have grew past in the past three years is a greater change that not many know unless you knew me before Herbalife.
Before Herbalife I knew nothing about nutrition and didn't think it was for me honestly. I was the girl always at the party being the sassiest and drinking the most beer. I was the first one to suggest pizza or McDonalds as well... anytime of the day. I honestly disliked when the bar life began since I was so self conscious in everything I would put on but it was just more of an excuse to drink.
I did have a ton of fun in college and I don't regret anything but I like to share that as my lifestyle was very unhealthy.
My change started by default since my fiancé wanted a result of weight gain he had seen by his cousin. So I didn't start by wanting to change for myself. Once I saw the weight coming off while feeling great and having energy that I didn't know I could have during a day is when my mindset starting changing. I was starting to get my confidence back - self esteem was coming back - energy to do things I didn't normal have energy to do came back - accountability for my actions came back - most importantly my happiness came back.
I share all of this to share that I started just where you are. I haven't always been this 'thin' girl. I haven't always loved working out. I haven't always been this positive. I haven't always had a lot of things ... but I know I did start something in hopes of a change. And with me having this result and so many other people that I have helped say the same- it only makes me that much more confident in continuing to pay it forward and continue sharing this with everyone.
I have never been more thankful in my life for Herbalife. Their is so much more to my story that I can't wait to share one day but just know it is possible for you... 🙏🏽 #MakeTheChange#Mindset#Believe#ChangeYourMindsetChangeYourLife#Thankful#Consistent#YouCan#Results#Confidence#Happiness#Motivation#NeverGiveUp#PayItForward#Opportunity#Herbalife#Herbalife#Lifestyle#JoinMe#AskMeHow 👈🏽s
Dont be afraid to step outside your comfort zone!
This is me performing an exercise that I've never done. Slam Balls!
Hot and exhausted after the first 2 rounds. Physically I felt like it would never end after dropping the ball time and time again from profusely sweating. I told myself that this was only making me better and to keep pushing. I knew mentally that I was going to finish, but when!!
We might not realize the path that we are on is for the better at the time. It might get harder as it goes, but don't give up. See it through to the end and I promise that the reward is so much sweeter knowing that you gave it your all!
